"Parent & Tot": This class is recommended for the 2 1/2 year old child who loves to move to music, with mom, dad, grandparent or adult guardian. Classes runs in consecutive 7 week sessions. "Twinkle Toes": This class is recommended for the enthusiastic 3 year old (as of December 1st), who loves to dance. Includes rhythmic movement, creative dance, pre-ballet and tumbling! |
| Combination Classes |

Our Combination '1' dance program is recommended for pre-school children who are 4 years of age. The program consists of Tap, Ballet & Tumbling all rolled into 1 class! Combo 1 provides an excellent foundation for further training in all areas of dance. The Combination '2' dance program is especially designed for our 5-year old students. Combo 2 consisting of Tap & Ballet is the 'next step' after Combo 1. |

| Tap |

"Rhythms": Classes offered in this discipline provide dance students with training in tap dancing, emphasizing proper technique, as well as terminology. Students are prepared for tap examinations based on the CDTA syllabus. |
| Jazz |

"All That Jazz": Provides dance students with training in jazz dancing, emphasizing proper technique, and terminology and includes traditional and modern jazz work. Students are prepared for jazz examinations based on the ADAPT syllabus. Students who wish to participate in the exam work class are required to enroll in ballet. All Jr. 3 to Intermediate students are required to register in the stretch class offered prior to their class time. Please note: Students in Jr. 1 & Jr. 2, are not required to enroll in ballet, however they are encouraged to take a ballet class. |
| Ballet |

"Elegance & Grace": Highly recommended for dance students who wish to have a strong foundation for any area of dance. Ballet classes are required for students in the Jr. 3 - Advanced Competitive Jazz Program. Student placement is to be determined by the ballet director. Pointe classes are offered to those students who are in Gr. 4 ballet. |
| Baton Twirling |

"It's Catching": All Baton Twirling students require a Saskatchewan Baton Twirling Association membership. The beginner program offers instruction in basic fundamentals, marching, pre-events & team-work. The "Competitive 1" program is recommended for the student who is interested in competitive solo and team-work. Upon recommendation from the coach, the "Competitive 1" student may be eligible for Solo Dance and Medley events. The "Competitive 2" program is recommended for students with at least 1 year in the "Competitive 1" class, and focuses on other aspects of competitive twirling. To be eligible for the "Competitive 2" program, the student must be registered for the "Competitive 1" program. The "Elite" program is recommended for students who are ready to work on Compulsories and a Freestyle routine. Eligibility for the "Elite Program" is determined by the coach, the student's contest classification, age and ability. Students must also be registered in the "Competitive 1" & the "Competitive 2" programs. |
| Musical Theatre |

"Dance, Drama & Voice!": These classes are designed for those dance students Jr. 2/ Primary to Advanced who are interested in furthering their dance education through song and dance. Students will learn dance history and will have the opportunity to work with vocalization and drama. Students will be part of either a Musical Theatre or a Production routine. |
| Hip Hop |

"In 'da House!": This fun class is offered in 3 levels and features today's latest moves. Great for the dance student with little to no experience and a fun challenge for the experienced dance student. |
| Modern |

"Soul Expression": Modern involves creative movement, interpretive dance, and modern technique. This class continues to strengthen and refine the sutdents current and previous ballet and jazz technique. Modern dance encourages the development of self-awareness and stage presence. |

| Gymnastrix |
| Specially designed for baton twirling athletes - the focus is on developing strength, flexibility and agility while incorporating the use of batons in the steps, exercises and aerial moves. |
